Who are we?

Alan Baiss
is the founder of Integral Inspirations and the producer of four films. 
Alan graduated from the California Institute of Integral Studies in Integral Counseling Psychology. He pursued a good career in psychotherapy for many years before the death of his parents and a close friend within a year lead him to contemplate what else might be possible and to create space in his life for something new. This is when he closed his practice and began producing documentary films. His earlier film, Integral Consciousness: Sri Aurobindo’s Yoga and how Haridas Chaudhuri brought it to the West, has become a reference for the history of  Sri Aurobindo’s Integral Yoga and Haridas Chaudhuri’s contribution.

​After three trips to India, and countless hours of organising profoundly fascinating interviews, the current film in production, Who Do You Think You Are? is a natural continuation of his devotion to the inquiry into humanity’s profound evolutionary potential.

Joseh Garcia
is a documentary filmmaker, a musician, and a writer, and holds a PhD in East-West Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (USA). In Brazil, he has worked as psychotherapist with focus on Transpersonal Psychology.

His creative projects are the result of a multi-directional curiosity that travels through the fields of art, psychology, spirituality. Author of the thesis Music as a Vehicle for Self-Transformation, singer-songwriter of the EP Bossa a Trois, author of the spiritual poetry book Nu no Labirinto (Naked in the Maze) and co-director of the film CONSCIOUS.

Besides dedicating time to make documentary films, Joseh draws on his sensitivity, worldwide music influences, and training in Sound Healing, to create their soundtracks.
